We only ship within Australia and use Australia Post.
We include a tracking number and post via general post.
Your order will be posted within 14 days from ordering and once the funds are cleared. We will let you know once your order is ready and despatched.
You also have the option of local pick up from Shellharbour and therefore no postage fee is charged.
If you wish express delivery, we can arrange that however there may be extra postage fees.

Refunds and Returns
Pease select your item carefully.
As most of these garments have been instore as samples, they can have slight pulls , marks or other signs of being tried on.
We do our best to ensure all buttons and clips are on the garment and in a wearable condition for your special day. They may require some dry cleaning and or slight mending.
We do our best to describe the condition of the garment when you purchase it.
Should the garment you purchased not be what it is described to be, we will offer a return and refund less your postage costs each way.
Our dresses are drastically reduced in price and we do state they are ex store samples which means they may have some signs of wear as they have been tried on instore.
Should the item be returned, you need to contact us as soon as you receive the garment and have it returned to us within 7 days from the time you receive it ie date tracking has showed the parcel has been handed over to you or attempted delivery notice.
We will not be responsible for postage costs.
Should you wish to return an item because it does not fit, we will refund you your item price only less a $50 try on fee.
This means we will not refund you your postage costs and a further Try on fee.
We will inspect the garment once we receive it and if it is not in the original condition, we will not refund you.

All items that need to be returned, will have to be approved by us. Please contact us first using the form and wE will instruct you on how and where to return your order,
We add the relevant size chart for each of our gowns and dresses.
This is to be used as a guide.
Because we are all so individual in shape and size, alterations are generally required to best fit the garment to your body shape.
Hems can be taken up. Sides can be taken in and sometimes let out a little.
Cups can generally be adjusted as well as strap lengths.
Please consider all these factors when purchasing your gown.
Whilst we offer a full refund on returns ( except for the postage fees AND THE TRY ON FEE ), we would prefer that you measure yourself and follow the guidelines above first.
BRIDESMAID AND FORMAL DRESSES
Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds on these items. They are heavily discounted as they were shop samples and can range from excellent A1 condition to needing minor fixing. However most of our dresses that we have here are in fairly good condition.
